Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions Acceptance By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree to Padscape’s installation terms and conditions. Padscape does not install on or directly against building foundations and reserves the right to refuse or cancel any installation due to site conditions, safety concerns, or non-compliance with installation standards. If installation is declined prior to work beginning, a full refund will be issued, excluding any non-refundable design or custom material costs (if applicable). Cancelling & Rescheduling :: A deposit is required to reserve your installation date. All deposits are non-refundable and applied to your total cost. Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled installation and is subject to availability. Cancellations for any reason, late rescheduling, or lack of site access on the day of service will result in forfeiture of the deposit. PadScape takes responsibility for contacting 811 before digging on your property to ensure safety of persons and materials. Weather-related delays will be rescheduled at no additional charge.
